Guaranteed Reservations and Deposits

For a reservation to be valid, it must be guaranteed to a major credit card (expiry date must be indicated) or a one-night deposit must be made. 

Cancellation Policy 

The hotel maintains a 24 hours cancellation policy. That is, cancellation for a room reservation must be received by the hotel 24 hours prior to the date of arrival in order to avoid a one-night penalty charge.

Child/Family Policy

Crib for babies up to 2 years old inclusive: free of charge

Extra bed rate for children 3-12 years old: € 40. (Applicable to junior suites only).

Connecting rooms available on request (standard lake view to standard garden view): if one of the rooms is occupied by two children between the ages of 3-12 years old, a reduction of 30% will apply on the second room rate. This arrangement is available on request only, by contacting the hotel directly.

Pet Policy

Only small pets are accepted at the cost of € 10,00 per day

Half Board Supplement: € 45,00 per person, per day 
Half Board Supplement for children between 3 and 12 years old inclusive: € 35,00 per child, per day
