The toscanini Room (m 24,60 x 11,20)

Arturo Toscanini, the world-famous conductor was a frequent guest at the Grand Hotel Majestic. He also spent many vacations at the summer residence of the noble Borromee family on the tiny island of San Giovanni. From what is now known as the Toscanini Room – in honour of the great artist – one has an unobstructed view of the island and of the imposing Borromee Palace which dominates it. This gracious, elegant room truly evokes the Belle Epoque. Winning features include natural light, original wooden floors, lovely period chandeliers and panoramic windows affording sweeping views of the lake.

The Intra Room (m 19,20 x 7,80)

Named after the nearby town of Intra because
it happens to face that direction, this room, similar to the Toscanini, shares many of its winning features with an additional one: a spacious panoramic terrace overlooking the gardens and the lake, affording unsurpassable views.

The rotary Room (m 13,30 x 5,60)

At garden level, this pleasant room opens onto the hotel’s suggestive portico and fragrant gardens which in turn lead to the hotel’s panoramic, private waterfront. Its salient features include natural light and panoramic windows with breathtaking views.

The cavalieri Room (m 5,20 x 7,80)

This intimate, elegant room is the only one that does not face the lake. It nonetheless boasts natural light and is ideal for board meetings.
